隱私權政策
集卡冊 Binder（以下稱「本服務」）由斌先生創意工作室（以下稱「我們」）獨立開發與提供，是讓你記錄自己實體收藏卡片的數位卡冊。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、怎麼使用，以及你的權利。
我們收集的資料
- 帳號資料：你用 Apple、Google 或 Email 登入時，我們取得你的 Email、名稱與頭像網址，用來建立與識別你的帳號。
- 你建立的內容：你登錄的卡片、數量、品相、存放位置、筆記、牌組，以及家庭成員（子成員）的名稱。
- 你拍攝的卡片照片：你在本服務內拍攝或從相簿選取的卡片照片，會連同拍攝時間、來源（App 拍攝或相簿匯入）與影像指紋一併保存，用來顯示你的收藏並辨識重複照片。
- 使用紀錄：AI 掃描的使用次數（用於每日額度），以及錯誤紀錄（用於修正問題）。
我們如何使用
- 提供卡冊、掃描辨識、家庭共享、組牌等功能。
- 卡片辨識：你使用掃描功能時，照片會傳送給 Google 的 Gemini API 進行卡號與位置辨識，辨識完即回傳結果；我們不會用你的照片訓練任何模型。
- 計算每日掃描額度、防止濫用與排除故障。
我們不會出售你的個人資料，也不會把你的資料用於廣告。
資料分享
只有你加入的收藏冊成員（你邀請的家人）看得到該收藏冊的內容。為了運作本服務，我們使用以下服務供應商代為處理資料：Clerk（登入驗證）、Vercel（網站與照片儲存）、Neon（資料庫）、Google Gemini API（卡片辨識）。它們只依我們的指示處理資料。
參考市價
本服務顯示的卡片價格取自公開行情，僅供參考，不代表實際成交價格，也不是本服務的買賣報價。
保存與刪除
你的資料在帳號存續期間保存。你可以隨時在 App 內「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號，我們會刪除你的帳號資料、你擁有的收藏冊、卡片紀錄與照片。若你是他人收藏冊的成員，你在該收藏冊登錄的卡片紀錄會保留給該收藏冊的擁有者。
兒童
子成員功能讓家長在自己的帳號下替孩子記錄收藏，孩子不需要也不能自行註冊帳號。子成員只保存家長輸入的名稱，不收集孩子的其他個人資料。

Privacy Policy
Binder (the "Service") is independently developed and provided by 斌先生創意工作室 ("we"). It is a digital binder for recording the physical trading cards you own. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we receive your email address, name and profile image URL to create and identify your account.
- Content you create: the cards you record, quantities, condition, storage location, notes, decks, and the names of family (child) members you add.
- Card photos: photos you take in the Service or choose from your photo library are stored together with the capture time, source (in-app or photo library) and an image fingerprint, to display your collection and detect duplicate photos.
- Usage records: the number of AI scans (for daily limits) and error logs (to fix problems).
How we use it
- To provide the binder, scan recognition, family sharing and deck features.
- Card recognition: when you use scanning, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API to read card numbers and positions, and the result is returned. We do not use your photos to train any model.
- To enforce daily scan limits, prevent abuse and troubleshoot.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Only members of a binder you belong to (family you invited) can see that binder's contents. To run the Service we use these providers, which process data only on our instructions: Clerk (sign-in), Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), Google Gemini API (card recognition).
Reference prices
Card prices shown are taken from public listings for reference only. They are not actual sale prices and not an offer by the Service to buy or sell.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. We will delete your account data, binders you own, card records and photos. If you are a member of someone else's binder, the card records you added there remain with that binder's owner.
Children
The child-member feature lets a parent record a child's collection under the parent's own account. Children do not and cannot register their own accounts. For child members we store only the name the parent enters and collect no other personal data about the child.
