使用集卡冊 Binder（以下稱「本服務」）即表示你同意以下條款。
服務內容
本服務讓你記錄與整理自己持有的實體收藏卡片。本服務不提供卡片買賣或交易撮合。
你的內容
你上傳的照片與資料歸你所有。你同意只上傳你有權使用的內容，並授權我們為提供本服務而儲存、處理與顯示這些內容。
AI 辨識與參考市價
卡片辨識由 AI 完成，可能有誤，請在儲存前確認。顯示的價格僅供參考，我們不保證其正確性，你因參考價格所做的任何交易決定由你自行負責。
商標
本服務與任何卡牌遊戲的發行商無關，也未獲其授權或贊助。卡牌名稱與相關商標屬於其各自的權利人。
使用限制
請勿濫用本服務，包括自動化大量呼叫、干擾系統運作或冒用他人帳號。我們可對違規帳號限制或終止服務。
免責
本服務以現狀提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對資料遺失或因使用本服務造成的間接損失負責；請自行保留重要資料的備份。
變更與終止
我們可能更新本條款，重大變更會在 App 內通知。你可以隨時刪除帳號停止使用。

Terms of Use
By using Binder (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service lets you record and organize the physical trading cards you own. It does not provide buying, selling or trade matching.
Your content
Photos and data you upload remain yours. You agree to upload only content you have the right to use, and you grant us permission to store, process and display it to provide the Service.
AI recognition and reference prices
Card recognition is done by AI and may be wrong; please check before saving. Prices are for reference only and we do not guarantee their accuracy. Any trading decision you make based on them is your own responsibility.
Trademarks
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any trading card game publisher. Card names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, including automated mass requests, interfering with its operation, or impersonating others. We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from its use; please keep your own backups of important data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of significant changes. You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.
